Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs. All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale. How to Return Online Orders: Include your invoice with the return Shipment. At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS. Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. EXCHANGES Cane + Poplar accepts Exchanges *within 14 days* of the purchase date. Exchanges are for the same item in a different size. Exchanges are subject to availability. We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs. If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as a gift card.
