At this time, we do not provide return labels. We suggest using USPS. Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. EXCHANGES Cane + Poplar accepts Exchanges *within 14 days* of the purchase date. Exchanges are for the same item in a different size. Exchanges are subject to availability. We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs. If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as a gift card. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a defective item, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Missing or Incorrect Items If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
